You are normal :): Your rheumatoid factor is in the normal range according to the laboratory. This is the normal range for ANY adult, not just your age. Since you have a normal level, you DO NOT need to lower this number because you are NORMAL. You do not need to check this test in the future unless you get unusual joint symptoms. If you have any concerns about symptoms, then you should see your primary care doctor.
