Yes, very possibly: Whether homeopathy treatment is "good" depends on why it's being used, and what expectations you have. It will not re-grow an organ that has been removed, but it may improve functioning of organs you still have in your body. I've seen it be useful in both acute illnesses, and in a wide variety of chronic ones which conventional medicine has either failed to help or has little to offer.

Maybe.: Sometimes "works" for some people, but is not a substitute for the md or any serious illness. It is certainly good for homeopaths.
