No: I would not recommend stopping allopathic treatment if you have active tb. This can be a life-threatening and very contagious illness, and you would also not want to spread it to others. Homeopathy can still help a great many of the systemic responses to tuberculosis. Usually your immune system contains this, but in active TB it does not. Then, you need the support of allopathic antibiotics.
