Yes: You can get rebound insomnia. I recommend going down to 1/2 for now week than stop.

Meds: If you are feeling OK I suggest you stop one of your two drugs for a few days and see if things get better or worse. If better don't retake the drug you stopped. If not better get back on the drug but also see your doctor as soon as possible.

Taper slowly: Best to discuss a plan with your doctor. Sudden cessation not a good idea, and slow taper over several weeks seems a far better approach.
