Diet record: you had a gall bladder removed 3 months ago. Most likely you had pain. Now you have bloating with food. It might be helpful to now look at each meal and record what causes bloating. If everything causes bloating then analyze what you are eating. Start with breakfast. Avoid fatty foods. Over time you will find healthy foods that work well for you.
