Yes: In US that is available over the counter. No prescription necessary. It is available in U.S. at 5% and 10%. Always start with weakest. You can go up. The skin if irritated may turn reddish then slow down. There are combination drugs of benzoyl peroxide + antibiotic if have infection but those need Rx in U.S.
