See a dermatologist: Your acne is a function of hormones. Certain birth control can make it better, other birth control can make it worse. Do you have normal menstrual cycles? You will probably do well with oral spironolactone and topical tretinoin. This usually works in 3 months, then is continued. If it fails, oral isotretinoin will rescue you.
