Check with surgeon: Although these things could be completely unrelated, it is also possible to have a low grade infection that started in the surgical site and now is involving the lining of the brain, which is the same as that lining the spinal cord where surgery was. If you have never had a headache last this long, or be this bad, or you have a fever or neck stiffness, please get seen urgently.
