Musculo Skeletal: The description of your symptoms and the normal blood work and EKG suggest that this is a musculo- skeletal problem. Muscle strain from using the crutch. Try a little Tylenol (acetaminophen) or some Ibuprofen or Aleve as directed and see if that helps.
