Unusual symptoms : Its worth going to see a rheumatologist or family doctor. Your sx sound muscular/neurological/inflammatory and not your typical OA related joint pain. There are conditions such as Myasthenia Gravis that can cause weakness of upper and lower extremities. Your Dysautonomia can also cause fatigue. Just to be safe I would get it checked out.
