Skin cut premie: Cleaning the cut thoroughly and putting a little antibiotic ointment and a small bandaid should help heal the cut relatively quickly. If the cut gets red or swollen, i recommend a visit to the doctor. Also, there are safety scissors made specifically for those tiny little fingers and toes that would help prevent future cuts.
