Mostly: Unfortunately, there are some side effects that are associated with any medication. Usually these tend to taper off over the next week or so - as your body becomes adjusted to the medicine. Your best bet is to discuss with your doctor if it becomes very bothersome - as there are many antidepressant options to choose from that work very well. Hope that helps!

Common side effects:: Nausea, dry mouth, trouble sleeping, constipation, tiredness, drowsiness, dizziness, and increased sweating may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor promptly. Best regards.
