Instead of suppressing my appetite the 36 mg dose of concerta increases it. i have gained 30 lbs. is this normal? i take lexapro (escitalopram) as well

Weight gain: There may be another reason for weight gain other than concerta. Lexapro (escitalopram) may contribute to it, but depression can do the same. I'd look for another reason for it.
