Bug bites or PUPPS?: Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPS or PUPP), is an itchy rash that occurs in some women during pregnancy. About 1 percent of women develop PUPPS and although it may be extremely annoying because of the itch, it presents no long-term risk for either the mother or unborn child. PUPPP frequently begins on the abdomen and spreads to the legs, feet, arms, chest, and neck.

LIkely not: But you need to try to eradicate the source of the bites even though few can transmit a systemic infection. On the other hand, if you are the only one with the lesions, they are unlikely to be from bug bites. Do note that pregnancy itself is associated with some strange forms of skin rash. See your OB is the rash is bothersome.
