See doctor: Pain in pregnancy needs to be evaluated. At 4 weeks pregnant there are only a few cells present making pregnancy at unlikely cause of pain. The pregnancy would not even be visible my ultrasound yet. Schedule a visit with your doctor to evaluate your pain.
