I don't know!: Spots or blurry patches that drift in front of your eyes but don't block vision are called "floaters" and they are pretty common. But something that you can see? Perhaps you have some scleral (white of the eye) discoloration of a blood vessel, which you can see, but this is completely separate from a floater. I suggest you consult an Ophthalmologist for an evaluation. Good wishes:)
