Go back: Call the Surgeon who did the extractions and make a follow-up appointment. Let them know she is in distress. They will see her as soon as possible.

Go Back ASAP: A recurrence of swelling at this time indicates infection and should be addressed ASAP. Call Oral Surgeon and explain swelling and pain and need to be seen ASAP for diagnosis and appropriate treatment. These infections can become very dangerous if not treated right away.
