Cervical Radiculopathy: Little is known of the natural history of cervical radiculopathy. In one study, use of a semi-hard cervical collar and rest for 3-6 weeks vs. PT + home exercises for 6 wks, reduced neck and arm pain substantially compared with a wait-and-see policy. So, it's possible that you need a few more weeks. Also, use a cervical pillow at night to maintain a neutral neck position & keep neural foramen open.
