I have moderate-to-severe radiculopathy in my neck and have been taking two and a half 5 mg norcos for over 10 years what are long-term implications?

Continuing meds. OK: As long as you are on a stable dose of Norco, you should be fine. I always recommend against drinking alcohol when taking drugs containing acetaminofen. I am surprised it is helping you; I would have tried gabapentin first.

Would not be my first choice, but you seem stable and it has apparently not lost potency. Amazing that tolerance has not occurred. Regarding long-term, little question that you would experience withdrawal complications if you stopped. Suggest, however, that you have thorough discussion with your doctor regarding future treatment plans, especially in view of strict California opioid regs.
