IT IS IMPORTANT TO STRETCH, STAY HYDRATED, LIFT WITH YOUR LEGS AND SUPPORT YOUR BACK. YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE A SPOTTER. WHEN YOU WEIGHT LIFT YOU CAN CAUSE A VISALVA MANEUVER WHICH INCREASES Intraabdominal pressure and lead to an irregular heartbeat.
