Ans: May just be poor preparation. Make sure you start off slowly and build yourself up. Then don't overdo and exhaust the body. You are responding negatively to something you are doing wrong so quit it and start over with proper instruction

Possibly: You may be overdoing it. BOWEL CHANGES SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED IF IT PERSIST. THE MORE ACTIVITY YOU DO INCREASES BOWEL MOTILITY. IT IS IMPORTANT TO STRETCH, STAY HYDRATED, LIFT WITH YOUR LEGS AND SUPPORT YOUR BACK. YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE A SPOTTER. WHEN YOU WEIGHT LIFT YOU CAN CAUSE A VISALVA MANEUVER WHICH INCREASES Intraabdominal pressure and lead to an irregular heartbeat.
