Is it ok for lymph nodes in throat to be sore and swollen 2 weeks after giving birth?

Maybe not: Hi DPeng If you strained or made a lot of noise that could account for it. Are you sure its not your thyroid? I would suggest consulting an experienced general practitioner to have them check. Good luck.

See a doctor: it depend what kind of anesthesia did you have for the birth of your child. If you a Had a spinal or epidural there is no reason for your throat to be sore or painful. If you had a general anesthesia with nutation, then that could explain the sore throat , but not to last for two weeks. Either way you need to see your doctor for proper evaluation ,and explanation, and proper treatment .
