? Muscle pain: Pain of a pulled muscle in your neck, or of cervical spine, lots of structures in your neck with a lot of strain and different movements, also neck strain from using the computer/smart phone and faulty postures. Try rest and warm compresses, if pain doesn't resolve in few days or gets worse see your doctor, best wishes
