Feet are complex: ...structures that, even when standing, individually must bear 1/2 of your body weight. Walking puts more strain on them and being overweight even more. When the weather's hot, blood flow to your arms & legs increases. Leaky capillaries & weak veins can cause fluid to move from the blood vessels into the body tissues. The combination of strain on the feet & hot weather can cause feet to swell.
