What difficulties?: Sounds like you have no underlying conditions ("don't have any problems") but you are having something unusual, not pain, in your right chest? Sense of rubbing? fullness? shortness of breath? An inflammation of the lung lining or pleurisy may be a consideration. Or infection such as pneumonia. Depending on the "difficulties", this needs to be evaluated by your doctor. Good wishes:)
