Does taking singulair (montelukast) affect ur cbc and platelet blood work up - would it increase your platelets doe taking continuous bcp for three months also?

No: Birth control pills increase the risk of clots but do not affect the labs that you mention - they do not impact CBCs or platelets. Singulair (montelukast) does not affect them either.
