Drug use during early stages of pregnancy negatively affects the development of these organs. However if you're still using drugs during your pregnancy, stopping at any stage is better than continuing and please do and talk to your obstetrician about it.

Maybe: THC attaches to the fat cells in your body and gradually leaks out for months after last exposure in a heavy user. If I have reason to look, I will probably find it. If you are not on a CPS watch list & don't have weed smelling visitors they are unlikely to look.
