Most likely asthma: you only have one pair of lungs. Get a complete evaluation and follow treatment recommendations meticulously. Untreated asthma leads to permanent deterioration of lung function which may be prevented with therapy including leucotrtriene inhibitors to prevent chronic inflammation and scarring.
