COPD: Is lung disease that block airflow. It is irreversible condition, but manageable and effective therapy is available. Quit smoking and take medication on a regular basis. Ask your physician for the pulmonary rehabilitation program referral.

Exercise, meds: You likely have who 3 pulmonary hypertension related to copd. Treating your COPD and participating in pulmonary rehab program is useful. Therapy for pulmonary hypertension is not usually given for type 3 disease although sildenafil has been tried with marginal success.
