Stress or Anxiety: Based on the information provided, I would suspect anxiety. See your PCP for evaluation and tests to rule out "cardiac toothache".

Seek 2 exams: Have Dentist check for cavities and for gum recession, both of which can make teeth sensitive. Have Physician check lungs throat heart.
