Need to know if this is anxiety or serious. i've been feeling an occasional tingling in the middle of my chest. i feel it more when i sniffle, breathe in deeply, ect. what could this be?

At your age almost certainly anxiety. I also call it the medical student syndrome. Every new disease you learn about say xxx disease and the symptoms associated with it and you feel an occasional tingling you think OMG I’ve got XXX. Keep a diary and share with your Dr.
