No disease: insect almost never cause systemic disease,unless you are in a Malaria infested country, Lyme disease could caused by ticks. There is a list of the disease associated with different insect bite in different part of the words, You are in Europe, the most common is Lyme disease, and possible meaningealencephalitis which super rare. If you are concerned see your doctor for possible testing ,Rx.
