ANA, ANCA, Sed Rate, Lipase, Amylase, LFT's, TSH, Stool cultures, Chest X-ray And even a CT can of abdomen, EGD/colonoscopy should all be considered depending on initial tests/physical exam. lump u describe likely a lipoma-that can be confirmed with US and/or Physical exam.
