Can an ultrasound completely rule out testicular cancer? i thought i had it and they didn't check it but i had ultrasound 3 sounds nothing. worry?

Yes it is easy diagn: It is not difficult to find testicular Cancer. First your testicle has to be enlarged, substantially bigger than the other side. So unless you feel a big swelling in your scrotum, you should not even bother doing an ultrasound. But now that you have done it and wasted some money, you can rest in peace that you do not have anything wrong in your Scrotum/Testicles( no cancer either).
