That's on every scan: Every ultrasound scan has white spots and black spots. That's the way they appear. Patience is a virtue. If the doctor says the results can wait until Monday (3 days from now), then one can do other things and think other thoughts until then. If the scan is to diagnose something urgent, such as appendicitis, the doctor wouldn't say it's ok to wait for the results.
