If I could, I'd ask you a few questions like what the pain is like and what you do to bring it on etc etc but with your particular story and with studies that indicate that right-sided chest pain is actually more specific for heart-induced pain in the chest i would kindly suggest you pick yourself up from the computer and call your doctor--NOW--
