The lymph node isn't: -a Sentinel not for breast cancer axillary nodes R. As long as your breast xam is normal, the pain can B from underlying costochondral junction pain. This would B sore 2 deep palpation on the bone as U describe. Can B from unrealized trauma which can B mild. NSAIDS if you can take them. Also not many males have Md breast xams so go 2 a surgeon for evaluation for peace of mind.
