More history is need: The problem you describe is quite complex and it is impossible with the history that you provide to know exactly what is going on and if the problem that you have is serious. It is not clear to me that it is related or not related to the heart. I would suggest setting up a point with your doctor is soonest possible to get a full evaluation and at that time be able to provide a much more detailed
