See physician: Residual pain after surgery for an ovarian tumor could be because you are still healing, you developed scar tissue or the ovarian tumor was not the original cause of the pain. Other possibilities exist too. See your doc who will know details that could be helpful resolving the pain. Hopefully the discomfort is improving and time will heal. Best wishes.
