Get a check up: The only way to know what this is to get a medical examination done by your doctor. You can also ask one of your family members to check and see if there is any obvious swelling or Asymmetry? If it is obvious to another person, then you must get a physical/medical examination done. An X-ray of your shoulder may be most helpful if you want to remove any and all your doubts about cancer.
