HaveATalkWithYourDoc: On one level you could "trust in the wisdom of Nature" and chill your anxiety--that most of these situations are Nature's response to a biological problem. On the other hand you and your doc should discuss the baby's viability. Depends on the baby's age so far. Early on, it's usually "in the hands of God." In later stages,with a viable baby, things can be done to help facilitate a viable birth.
