Took 20 mg of prednisone at 10am drank 48oz of beer 2hrs later took prednisone again instead of singulair (montelukast) will i be ok?

Mgt: Prednisone may be associated with stomach upset, GI bleeding/irritation. Your medication list also includes aspirin. I would suggest watching for any pain, bleeding or fever while on the medications. A one time additional dose, probably will not result in any symptoms.
