Mult possible dx.: Possibilities include early intrauterine pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, corpus luteum cyst, hormone imbalance. Recommend a blood pregnancy test. If cramps persist and you do not have a period I would recommend a transvaginal ultrasound exam and pelvic exam.
