Boil: Hi this doesn't sound like scar tissue but more like a boil. If pus is coming out, it might be infected. You need to go to the doctor and get it addressed. Until that time, wash it with antibacterial stuff, keep it clean so that it doesn't turn into a worsening infection. If you develop fever, call you doctor right away.

Abcess?: With pus and drainage, it may be an axillary abcess. Now that it is draining, and things hve changed clinically, let your dr re-evaluate you. Best wishes.
