I did an mri in june 2015 after feeling pain in my neck for a long while. i put a load on my head at the end of may and it trigger end the pain again.

Cervical impingement: Do not put a load on your head at this point. You did not give the result of the MRI You should see an ortho or neurosurgeon as the symptoms suggest a pinched nerve. Best wishes.
