Fibromyalgia can: feel like the symptoms you mention and typically does so. The intense fatigue can make it difficult for you to focus and you can begin to worry. Consider getting a second opinion to put your mind at ease but fibro is difficult to diagnose and is actually controversial. Peace and good health. Have you been tested for Lyme? Unfortunately, the tests for this are not always definitive.
