Yes: This medication can be combined with an oral steroid. Start with 1% hydrocortisone - mix a good portion with an eczema cream and spread over affected areas within 3 minutes after shower/bath. See your MD for alternative prescription strength creams if this is not helpful. Took Ivermectin pills for scabies, and now on second day have nausea but itching is gone. No new bumps either. Is it die-off?
