I have been treated for Scabbies With Ivermectin and permethrin. It seemed to have gotten rid of them but i still have Itching .My scalp a itches like crazy with no rash No real rash ,looks like Hives and occasional clear blister . Is this norm?

Took Ivermectin pills for scabies, and now on second day have nausea but itching is gone. No new bumps either. Is it die-off?
