Muscular discomfort: Positional chest discomfort is usually related to muscles/bones/joints. Unlikely to be of significant concern from heart perspective. Treat discomfort as needed with non-steroidals (motrin/aleve) or tylenol, (acetaminophen) and avoidance of positions which produce pain. See primary physician if persists.
