Everybody tests: Tongues don't transmit HIV infections to vaginas. Likewise, vaginas don't transmit HIV infections to tongues. Of course, other infections can be transmitted, but that's uncommon (but the owner of the tongue and the owner the vagina should get to know one another pretty well, prior to such activities). In any case, everybody who has a new sex partner should consider an annual HIV screening test.
