Infection.: Most likely you have a minor skin infection. It could be a mosquito bite that has become secondarily infected, or a simple skin infection. Keep the area clean and apply topical antibiotic ointment twice daily. It should resolve within a few days. If it does not go away, or it gets worse, you may need to have it lanced.
