Yes, it's OK: Tramadol would be out of your system in about 8 hours and if the Vicodin is taken at bedtime the only potential issue is sleepiness. Which would help you to deal with the night pain. So go ahead, especially if your doc prescribed them both and recommended both, and if you occasionally need both to control the pain.
